Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds only credit under certain circumstanced. We ask that you take extra care with your flowers and living plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, transportation by client, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Because flowers and live plants are subject to variable conditions, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations before the arrangements are made will receive credit for a future order.  We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
